you lick my ear i lick my paw

pinned down by need and moaning for release…I might be driven to sell your love for peace, or trade the memory of this night for food. it may well be. i do not think I would.

  1. do you know where the word ‘disorient’ comes from?
as the orient means east, and the prefix ‘dis-‘ means a removal/turning from/lack of to it’s bound word, ‘disoriented’ effectively means turned away from the East.
so really, the whole East/West binary has got it wrong, the East is the subject, the canvas, the core, and it’s absence foments a Western identity— yes their existence is conditional apon one another so it’s still binaried, but the Subject is the East and the Other is the West as the West, in order to exist, must be in a state of perpetual disorientation… our discourse just has it backwards because we don’t look to it’s nascence so much as its present manifestations.
Said got it wrong, he should have called it ‘Disorientalism’.
    Look, the empire is crumbling!

  2. my disorient is also from being displaced
i want to be with you
i want to be with you for as long as you will have me
my loneliness like your loneliness brings me to you and sometimes making us painfully quiet
    i love you.
